What Makes a Good Coffee


  • Water - filtered, measured, calibrated
  • Coffee Beans - freshly gound
  • Espresso Machine - Clean and in good condition
  • Dose/ Grind - 7 grams per shot; sand like texture
  • Barista - must be confident, consistent and accurate
